The TPM III for Launch Operations/Special Projects will act as the focal for special projects related to space hardware and launch processing, they will be responsible for inputs and outputs to Launch Operations for internal and externally facing initiatives. This individual will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful space hardware processing for unique, challenging and highly ambiguous projects involving space hardware, launch vehicles, satellite dispensers and payload processing. The TPM III is a technical leader of the team, providing guidance on many aspects of any given project including but not limited to: testing requirements, assembly/integration work cell design or modifications within the payload processing facilities, facility and equipment planning, integration and test application implementation and improvement, process control, design for manufacturability, project management, and tooling design. The candidate will work closely with Launch Operations/Mission Management that own the Launch Provider relationships, Dispenser provider relationships, and Payload Processing
