Production/Assembly Supervisor I General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. This position develops schedules and implements work activities for the manufacturing and assembly area during the third shift. The supervisor will act as a working supervisor for approximately 50% of their time, actively participating in hands-on production tasks alongside their team. The role includes personnel supervision, work assignments, and coordination of product flow through the production phase. Requires complete familiarity with and understanding of the general aspects and technical phases of the job. Interprets and executes policies and procedures, recommending modifications to operating policies as needed. This is a 3rd shift position from 9 pm to 6:30 am. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervises technicians during the third shift through all phases of production in accordance with established schedules. - Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to manufacturing personnel. - Participates in hiring, promoting, and training subordinate employees.
