The role will work with major sporting leagues, established and emerging licensed sports brands, and a cross-functional Amazon team to grow and develop Amazon's licensed sports business, ensuring fans and our customers can find the selection they want when shopping our store. You will define the long-term strategy for one or more major sport leagues and the related shopping experience in the Amazon store. TO be successful in the role, you will need to be capable of operating in ambiguous environments and design creative approaches to solve dynamic and complex problems. Key job responsibilities The Principal Business Development Manager's primary responsibilities will include: • Defining a flexible, league-focused, long-term strategy for the business and breaking that strategy down into actionable goals; • Proactively leading efforts to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage sports partnerships
