A Day in the Life: As the Director of Regulator Affairs- NORAM/OCEANIA, you will provide leadership and oversight for all regulatory activities performed for assigned regions. Responsible for developing and ensuring accurate and compliant label information, reviewing formulas for compliance, and supporting regulatory related product inquiries. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable timely and compliant product launches. The Impact You'll Make: - Manage day-to-day regulatory operations for assigned regions, ensuring compliance of formulations and product labeling. - Lead labeling projects and ensure the development of accurate and consistent label information amongst the team, in alignment with country and local regulations. Train and coach team to improve labeling efficiencies. - Review formula compliance assessments for accuracy and completeness and validate adherence to the formula specification and nutrition, dietary suitability, and ingredient claim requirements. Partner with upper leadership to finalize and document compliance reviews.
