A Day in the Life: In the position of Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of products. Provide strategic leadership, drive performance improvement, develop warehouse personnel, and ensure operational excellence in support of company goals. Responsible for compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross functional alignment with Transportation, Inventory Control, Production, and Customer Operations teams. The Impact You'll Make: - Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline associates to meet performance expectations. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, productivity, and teamwork. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage corrective action when necessary. - Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory management to ensure smooth workflow and timely fulfillment. Ensure inventory accuracy through strong cycle count and reconciliation processes. - Maintain proper warehouse layout, slotting, and material flow
