    Assistant Controller Tel Aviv, HQ, Israel Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context. We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our finance team and support the company's global financial operations and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day execution, analytical work, and close collaboration with senior management in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in accordance with US GAAP. - Prepare and maintain management reports, including P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasts - Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions - Assist in cash flow management, including budget vs. actual monitoring. Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial processes - Handle ongoing accounting operations, including vendors, customers, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations (together with bookkeeping, as needed) - Support payroll-related processes and operational finance activities. Assist in preparing financial materials and analyses for management, board meetings, and investors - Support fundraising processes, grants, and loans as needed - Participate in ERP and financial systems optimization and maintenance Requirements - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - must - Experience auditing private companies - must; public companies - an advantage - Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm - must - Previous experience in a tech/startup environment - an advantage - Knowledge of US GAAP and Israeli
