About the Role As a Maintenance Project Coordinator at Roofstock you will serve as the project coordinator for all things related to the turnover maintenance process. You will coordinate all aspects of routine repairs with vendors and ensure all stakeholders are abreast of the project timeline. We will empower you to be a turnover rock star by training you on our proprietary software and teaching you the ins and outs of the property management business. About the role: The role of the Rent Underwriting Associate is to provide excellent service to our internal Mynd teams through setting accurate and competitive rental rates for our homes and providing detailed reviews and recommendations for rental marketing advertisements.
