Property Inspector Rockaway Beach, Oregon, United States Role Overview Compensation: $22.50/hr Schedule: Full-time | Availability to frequently work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings (with 2 days off each week) $135/month car allowance $100/month for tools and equipment As a Hospitality Coordinator, you're the on-the-ground expert keeping our short-term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You'll be field-based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and reporting to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your work directly shapes guest satisfaction, review scores, and the care of our homeowners' properties.
