About the Role As a Delinquency/Eviction Specialist at Mynd, you will focus on managing delinquency rates and eviction processes to ensure timely resolution of payment issues and adherence to legal requirements. You will work closely with residents and legal teams, utilizing your expertise in property management and tenant relations to mitigate risks and maintain financial stability within our managed properties.
