This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, using precision inspection equipment, identifying non‑conforming materials, and completing first article inspections. The technician also contributes to internal audits and helps maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspection & Testing Perform dimensional inspections using engineering drawings and blueprints. Complete First Article Inspections (FAI), in‑process inspections, and final inspections for all parts and assemblies. Identify, segregate, and report all non‑conforming materials and parts for corrective action. Execute all inspection and testing tasks according to established procedures, work schedules, quality standards, and safety standards. Quality Systems & Compliance Support internal audits to maintain ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap compliance. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time. Participate in team meetings with leadership. Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper storage of equipment. Correct unsafe work situations and near‑misses immediately, seeking assistance when needed. Report problems and concerns to the Quality Manager or appropriate personnel. Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules. General & Other Duties Perform job duties safely with the goal of zero accidents or injuries.
