Quality Technician I Direct 25 Performance Dr, Bennington, VT 05201, USA Quality Technician I Direct 25 Performance Dr, Bennington, VT 05201, USA Posted Wednesday, June 10, 2026 ITLE:Quality Assurance Technician I REPORTS TO:Quality Assurance Supervisor PURPOSE OF POSITION:The Quality Assurance Technician I performs visual and mechanical dimensional inspections on assigned parts to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, using precision inspection equipment and identifying non‑conforming materials. The technician also contributes to internal audits and helps maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspection & Testing Perform dimensional inspections using engineering drawings and blueprints. Complete in‑process inspections, and final inspections for all parts and assemblies. Identify, segregate, and report all non‑conforming materials and parts for corrective action. Execute all inspection and testing tasks according to established procedures, work schedules, quality standards, and safety standards. Quality Systems & Compliance Support internal audits to maintain ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap compliance. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time. Participate in team meetings with leadership. Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper storage of equipment. Correct unsafe work situations and near‑misses immediately, seeking assistance when needed. Report problems and concerns to the Quality Manager or appropriate personnel. Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules. General & Other Duties Perform job duties safely with the goal of zero accidents or injuries.
