The Opportunity & About the Team As a Product Manager, AI Platform at Zuora, you will define and deliver the foundational platform that powers all of Zuora's AI capabilities. You'll own the end-to-end architecture-from the agent orchestration layer to user-facing interfaces-that enables intelligent, context-aware experiences across our product suite. Your work will directly shape how enterprise customers interact with AI agents that transform subscription management, billing operations, and revenue intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, applied AI, and product design. You'll partner closely with engineering to build the infrastructure that connects AI agents to applications, manages conversation state and memory, and provides the tools layer that lets agents take meaningful action.
