You'll make things happen-fast. About the role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in collaboration and productivity platforms. This role is all about technical depth and ownership - architecting reliable systems, solving the toughest problems, digging into logs, writing automation, and owning the stability and performance of Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, and Office 365. You'll serve as a senior technical authority and escalation point, a trusted partner who thrives on solving what others can't, and an engineer who designs smarter, scalable ways to keep systems running seamlessly to drive employee productivity across the organization. What You'll do: - Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents/requests across Slack, GSuite (Google Workspace), Zoom, ProofPoint, Jira, and Office 365. - Lead deep technical troubleshooting at the application, integration, and infrastructure layers - including API calls, logs, and network dependencies. - Configure, optimize, and maintain these platforms for performance, security, and scalability. - Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for repetitive tasks, reporting, and integrations. - Diagnose and resolve authentication/SSO/MFA issues (Mainly Okta, some Microsoft AD). - Analyze system
