The Role ZenBusiness is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who can operate as a strategic partner and who thrives in the details and drives execution across business, data, and systems. In this role, you will own problem spaces end-to-end-from identifying opportunities and defining solutions to driving implementation, documentation, and adoption. You will play a key role in scaling our systems and processes through data-driven insights, AI-enabled automation, and strong cross-functional leadership. This is not a passive requirements role-you are expected to lead, influence, and execute.
