About this role
Project Manager, Technology - Hybrid Country US What you'll need to succeed as a Project Manager, Technology at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience 1 year of direct IT project management experience supporting infrastructure or operational technology environments Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in fast-paced, operationally sensitive environments Experience coordinating vendor procurement and delivery of technology goods and services, including RFI/RFP support and vendor administration Experience using Planview or a similar project tracking, reporting, and portfolio management tool General understanding of infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, end‑user devices, and telecom (hands‑on engineering not required) Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project delivery methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and senior leadership Excellent facilitation, presentation, and active listening skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities and deliver results on time Self-motivated and comfortable working with onshore and offshore teams across multiple time zones Solid business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and operational impacts Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery Preferred qualifications: 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager 3+ years
