Manager, Technology VMO - Hybrid Country US What you'll need to succeed as a Manager, Technology VMO at XPO At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 5 years of industry experience in IT product and services procurement, sourcing, and IT contract administration; preferably in large, multi-state, multi-national IT departments Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) operations or service management processes Experience with contract administration, governance, and customer relationship management Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical area; or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), MS in Computer Science or related field preferred 3 to 5 years' experience negotiating medium to large IT product and services agreements.
