Security Officer Las Vegas, NV, United States Company Description: Job Description: Security Officers are responsible for the safety of patrons, employees and the Wynn and Encore Property. In addition, Security Officers are responsible for ensuring all laws and policies are followed while being responsible for creating a positive guest experience by adhering to the Forbes five-star standards and the Wynn and Encore Core Values and Behaviors. Key Responsibilities Safety & Security Operations Patrol casino floor, hotel areas, and property perimeter to identify potential risks, hazards, or suspicious activity. Prevent theft, fraud, cheating, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. Enforce all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. Incident Response & Emergency Handling Respond promptly to emergencies including medical incidents, fires, disturbances, and criminal activity. Administer first aid/CPR as trained. De-escalate conflicts and manage disorderly conduct professionally. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required. Asset Protection & Compliance Escort cash, chips, and other valuables across the property. Verify IDs and ensure compliance with age restrictions and gaming laws. Protect company assets and assist in safeguarding gaming operations. Guest & Employee Service Provide directions, assistance, and security escorts to guests and team members. Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter misconduct. Deliver exceptional guest service while enforcing security standards. Qualifications: Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Prior security, law enforcement, military, or hospitality experience preferred. Previous casino or gaming environment experience is a plus. Licenses / Certifications Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license / work cards . Key
