Technical Sales Consultant - Payment Solutions Los Angeles, California TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT - PAYMENT SOLUTIONS WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant -Payment Solutions with expertise in solution sales, system integration, and payables/information reporting application. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to identify customer needs, design tailored solutions through product, and ensure seamless integration across technologies, platforms, and services within onboarding/implementation. You'll act as the Subject Matter Expert between business and technology, helping clients understand how our solutions can solve their challenges and deliver measurable value. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Serve as the subject matter expert for City National Bank's (CNB) payment and integration solutions, leading client and internal discussion on ERP and Accounting system integrations, payment optimization, and technical capabilities. Partner with Treasury Management Sales representatives, product managers, implementation consultants, and vendors deliver end to end solutions through discovery calls, demos, account reviews, implementation kickoff and post launch support. Provide integration expertise by answering technical questions, educating on best practices and ensuring solutions are aligned to client requirements. Provide technical and demo assistance to colleagues and/or customers for all integration/payables CNB platforms. Stay current on payment industry trends, integration innovations, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with product management to identify enhancements and advance new payment ideas that align with client and market trends.
