What you'll do We have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Engineer to join our team! As an M365 Cloud Engineer focusing on GCC-H deployment, you'll be responsible for administering and configuring the full suite of Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, in a GCC-H environment! You will ensure these services operate securely and compliantly by implementing appropriate security measures and adhering to government regulations, including FedRAMP and NIST security controls. Your role will involve managing B2B services to support collaboration with partners and collaborating with external organizations to maintain seamless functionality between GCC-H and approved commercial clouds. Additionally, you will provide technical support, manage incidents, deploy and manage patches, monitor and maintain the M365 environment for availability and performance. You will also contribute to cross-departmental projects, ensuring that clear deliverables are met and supporting stakeholder reporting. The day-to-day Managing and supporting all M365 services, ensuring their configuration and monitoring are up-to-date. Handling support tickets and troubleshooting M365 issues promptly using detailed monitoring tools and configurations specific to GCC-H
