Job Description: We're looking for a Product Compliance and Risk Manager with a specialisation in financial crime to join our APAC Wise Platform team. This is a high impact, strategic role designed to move our financial crime framework beyond global baselines, deeply localising and scaling our products across APAC. This is a first line Product Compliance role, embedded in the APAC and Wise Platform Squad. You will not be managing operational alerts; instead, you will design systemic product controls that prevent financial crime at scale. Your scope includes: Financial crime regulatory and control assessments Own the WP control framework: Move our product compliance assessments from generic global baselines to bespoke, market-specific frameworks. Rigorous rule testing: Execute rigorous testing of financial crime methodology and rules to verify that they are working appropriately, designing new controls where required.
