Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Analytics Director to lead our Regional Platform Squad. Regional Platform builds the platforms and frameworks that empower Wise engineers to seamlessly integrate Wise with payment systems across the globe. You'll play a key role in expanding our reach and improving the experience for millions of customers worldwide! You'll report to the Analytics Director for the Regional Expansion tribe, and partner with the Product and Engineering leads in the Regional Platform Squad. Together, you will form a cross-functional group of key decision makers who own the challenge of making the process of Regional Expansion as seamless as a config change. This role involves a 50/50 split between Squad leadership and analytics team scaling.
