Electrical Test Engineering Tech Lead Boston, MA At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. As an Electrical Test Tech Lead in the WHOOP Hardware Electrical Engineering team, you will lead the development of lab-based test infrastructure and validation approaches for highly integrated human performance optimization products. You will work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Software teams to enable rapid iteration during advanced development, new product introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement. You will manage a team and own how systems are measured, debugged, and validated in the lab, defining strategy and building flexible and reliable test setups that accelerate learning and de-risk designs.
