We're looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering who will lead a team of Solution Engineers that partner closely with Account Executives to architect value-oriented solutions that tell our differentiated story to customers. This leader will work with their team, Sales Leadership, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to influence product direction by being a champion for our customers and partners. You will empower a diverse team of talented Solutions Engineers, coaching against a defined competency framework, empowering career development, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Success in this role requires proven presales leadership, strong technical aptitude, critical prioritization skills, and ability to move with urgency in the midst of ambiguity. Additionally, you must have a proven experience of strategically building and deploying AI-powered solutions that enable a broader SE organization to scale - and inspiring change.
