Senior Manager, Business Systems Product & Operations Weave - Headquarters (Lehi, UT), Lehi, Utah, United States We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our high-impact Business Systems Product & Operations team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) focused on the prioritization, planning, and delivery of our Salesforce platform and expanding financial systems. Beyond people leadership, you will own the Product Operations function, designing the frameworks for roadmap planning, capacity management, and budget allocation. You will serve as the bridge between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring our internal systems-and the processes that build them-allow our global employees to do their jobs with maximum efficiency. - This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) in Lehi, Utah - This position will report to the Senior Director, Business Systems What You Will Own - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a hybrid team of PMs and BSAs, fostering a culture of "solution consulting" where the team proactively identifies process bottlenecks rather than just taking orders. - Product Operations Excellence: Standardize the "how" behind our work. You will design and maintain our prioritization frameworks, impact analysis templates, and collaborate on the standardized SDLC lifecycle for internal products. - Roadmapping & Capacity Planning: Drive the strategic 12-month rolling roadmap, balancing technical debt with high-impact projects.
