About this role
Manager - Salesforce Development India We are seeking a highly skilled and delivery-focused Salesforce Development Manager to lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and quality engineers based in India. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and Revenue Cloud / RLM, combined with the organizational ability to manage a full software development lifecycle and a cross-cultural, globally distributed team. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our US-based and India-based teams, drive platform excellence, own architectural decisions, and ensure our Salesforce solutions are delivered with precision, scalability, and speed. - This position will be remote - This position will report to: Sr. Manager Salesforce Development What You Will Own - Team Leadership & People Management - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 1-5 Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA engineers based in India. - Own hiring and performance management: conduct interviews, set performance goals, deliver reviews, and manage career development plans. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and technical excellence across the team. - Run and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. - Cross-Team Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary technical bridge between the US and India development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. - Partner closely with Product & Business Systems Analysts, Finance & Revenue Operations, and Sales & GTM teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Engage with external clients
