Our market-leading Clinical LIMS platform, OMNI-Lab , is used globally to support newborn screening programs in hospitals, helping detect life-threatening conditions early and improve outcomes for infants around the world. You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment and engage in technical discussions, participate in technical designs, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and present and share ideas through global collaboration. Responsibilities What You'll Do: As part of our agile and collaborative team, you will: Provide technical support to customers, logging issues and ensuring timely resolution Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and global teams to deliver new features Participate in technical design discussions and contribute innovative ideas Support end-to-end feature development , from concept through deployment Help maintain the performance, stability, and integrity of our Clinical LIMS platform Escalate and coordinate customer issues with the appropriate teams as needed Ensure
