About this role

Senior Test Engineer Milford, MA, US Overview Waters Corporation is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the Milford Massachusetts Operations Engineering organization supporting development and production of Liquid Chromatography Products. The Test Engineering (TE) team is responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing test solutions to ensure quality in Waters LC products. This position supports the introduction of new products from design into manufacturing and supports LC product test solutions globally. Test Engineering works closely with the Instrument Development Group (IDG), Continuous Engineering (CE), Manufacturing, and Quality teams to develop, document and maintain manufacturing test solutions for complex analytical instrumentation and components. Test equipment is developed around a broad set of technologies including PCBAs, electromechanical, fluidics, pneumatics, optics, chemistry and others. The Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring that test solutions and documentation meet current cGMP and ISO 13484 Standards. Additional responsibilities include training / mentoring TE technicians and Manufacturing operators. Responsibilities Manage and lead the development of manufacturing test solutions to support product quality within production, creating detailed test plans, and schedules.
