M365 Administrator Milford, MA, US Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with hands‑on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) . This role is responsible for the administration, security, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong emphasis on tenant‑to‑tenant integrations, identity consolidation, data migrations, and post‑merger operational stabilization . The ideal candidate has operated in complex, enterprise environments , understands the technical and organizational realities of M&A , and can partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations. Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Platform Administration Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and M365 security/compliance features Manage tenant configuration, licensing, identity lifecycle, access controls, and service health monitoring Implement and maintain security best practices , including Conditional Access, MFA, role‑based access control, and privileged identity management Support automation and administration using PowerShell and Graph API Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Lead and support M365 integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Plan and execute tenant‑to‑tenant migrations , including: Exchange Online mailboxes OneDrive and SharePoint content Teams and collaboration workloads Design and
