About this role

Director, Strategy Finance Milford, MA, US Overview Waters is seeking a Director of Integration & M&A Finance to join our global Strategic Planning and M&A Finance team. As a senior member of this high-performing team, you will lead financial activities related to post-merger integration, synergy delivery, and value creation initiatives, while also supporting selected strategic and M&A activities. This role will serve as a key strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation, including the Head of Transformation, Integration & Transformation Office leadership, and functional business leaders. The position will focus on advising stakeholders on value creation opportunities, integration trade-offs, financial implications of operational decisions, and execution priorities to maximise delivery and long-term value creation. Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Advisory Act as a trusted finance partner and advisor to the Head of Transformation, Integration & Transformation Office, and senior functional leaders, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making, prioritisation, and execution of integration and transformation initiatives. Integration & Value Capture Leadership Lead financial oversight of integration and value capture programmes, partnering closely with business workstreams to ensure alignment on delivery priorities, governance, risks, and execution.
