Provides technical expertise for team members when needed. Problem solves through others or through team input. Develops, releases, and then ensures the team meets the schedule daily. Works with skilled and semi-skilled team members to ensure safety, 5S, Total Productivity Maintenance TPM, continuous improvement, cross training, ergonomics and implementation of other lean manufacturing tools. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, SharePoint, basic use of Oracle and the ability to look up prints in Creo View.
