Manufacturing Engineer Intern (Mechanical) Katy Wroclawskie, DS, Poland Company Description: Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting process engineers in developing and optimizing machining technologies (turning, milling, drilling, etc.). Participating in the preparation of process documentation: work instructions, control plans, tool cards. Analyzing cutting parameters, tools, and cycle times under the supervision of experienced engineers. Collecting and organizing data required for analyses (CNC machine parameters, tool wear, scrap, operation times). Assisting in creating or updating CAD/CAM models. REQUIREMENTS: Field of study: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related disciplines (students or recent graduates are welcome). Basic knowledge of machining processes. Ability to read technical drawings and understand dimensional and geometric tolerances. Basic understanding of cutting parameters, tool geometry, and materials. Experience with CAD/CAM software - a strong advantage. Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data. Good communication skills and ability to work in a production team. Analytical thinking and willingness to learn. Qualifications: Education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation , or a related technical field (students in the final years or recent graduates are welcome) . Basic knowledge of machining processes , such as turning, milling, drilling, etc. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings , including dimensional and geometric tolerances. Fundamental understanding of cutting parameters, tool geometry, and machining materials . Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g. SolidWorks, NX, Mastercam or similar) is a strong advantage.
