Job Description: The Sr. Director, Supply Chain Operations will have two main areas of focus: Wholesale Sales Operations & Global Physical Inventory Management. The role is accountable for end-to-end operational excellence across the Wholesale organization -spanning customer service, sales planning, forecasting, allocations, physical inventory and ATS/ATSP accuracy. This role ensures tight alignment between revenue objectives, inventory availability, and fulfillment execution by establishing a single, trusted source of truth for ATS/ATP, pipeline visibility, and order execution across global markets. The Sr. Director partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Technology to deliver scalable growth, disciplined execution, and an elevated wholesale customer experience worldwide.
