Job Description: We're looking for a Paid Media Lead to support and scale our performance marketing across European markets, reporting into our Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, Europe and working closely with both local and central teams. In this role, you'll support the management of our agency relationship, contribute to creative strategy, and collaborate with creators, influencers, and ambassadors to support efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. Sitting at the intersection of performance and creativity, you'll bring strong analytical skills to optimise campaigns alongside creative instincts to identify what resonates and why, while working closely with our European commercial team and US‑based colleagues as we expand across the UK and Europe.
