You will be responsible for the strategic planning, adaptation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs focused on brand culture, product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service to support business objectives. Additionally, you will assist the Retail Area Manager in gathering feedback from the field through regular on-site coaching and observation.
