About this role
Product Manager Tel Aviv Senior Product Manager (First PM) Who We Are Vivid is building the first Resilience Posture Management platform. Our AI continuously maps your full recovery stack - across backups, infrastructure, recovery plans, and dependencies to provide real-time visibility into what will recover and what won't, tests your recovery capabilities, and proactively identifies and fixes risks before it's too late. For the first time, organizations can truly understand and manage their recovery risk - transforming resilience from a wishful assumption into a managed capability. About the Role We're looking for our First Product Manager, with a strong technical background - someone who thinks like an engineer, operates like an owner, and is driven by solving real customer problems at depth. In this role you will help define and scale a deeply technical, enterprise-grade platform focused on resilience, posture management, and detection across cloud environments. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role . You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to define what we build - and why. You'll be driving product decisions at their source . Responsibilities Own product problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, and delivery Work directly with enterprise customers (CISO's) to understand real-world pain points Investigate customer environments (cloud, infra, backups, IAM, etc.) to uncover gaps Translate complex technical problems into clear use cases and product requirements Break down solutions into milestones and deliverables engineers can execute on Define product logic and rules (e.g., detection logic, posture insights) Prioritize based on impact and urgency , not process
