We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations, based in our Vistra Singapore office. Key responsibilities: Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates. Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa). Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards. Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks. Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate. Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs. Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations. Key requirements: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field. Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and client-facing
