Reporting to the Payroll Director, the role is based in Barcelona and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates Department and it's growth. Purpose of Role Manages the assigned client portfolio and responsible for performing general payroll task for a set of clients. Key Responsibilities Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary. Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks. Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345). Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA). Hires & Leavers coordination. Manages, prepares and controls Companies' payroll registration process. Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items
