Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia What you will be doing: Responsible for Product Quality health monitoring of Vishay Production Assembly & Test at Subcon Drive Quality improvement project to support Quality KPI such as CCAR, 8D CT, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time Analyze customer complaints and field reports, and devise methods of verifying or disproving the existence of such problems in outgoing products. Conduct Quality System and Process Audits, to determine its adequacy in meeting quality requirements. Monitor and report progress in the implementation of solutions to quality problems, and measures their effectiveness.
