Come join us and help us build The DNA of tech.™ We seek to recruit, in Vila Nova de Famalicão (Portugal) to our Film Capacitors Plant: Chemical or Materials Engineering Trainee (m/f) Tasks: Assist in conducting laboratory tests on chemical materials and other types of materials; Participate in the physical, chemical, and mechanical characterization of materials used in film capacitors; Support the development of new products, materials, and processes, following internal R&D procedures; Collaborate in the statistical analysis of data from tests and measurements; Assist in the interpretation of results and the preparation of technical reports; Support the introduction of new chemical materials and other types of materials, as needed; Contribute to technical documentation and the organization of product and process knowledge. Requirements: Degree in chemical or materials engineering; Good knowledge of Portuguese and English, spoken and written is mandatory; Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Initiative, proactivity and dynamism; Eligible for an IEFP professional internship.
