Responsible for planning and optimizing all manufacturing processes (e.g. capacitor fab processes, handling processes, test processes, transportation processes, etc.) for both VISHAY and/or SubCon sites, as assigned and undertaking deep-dive analytics, generates specific functional concepts in an assigned subject, and thus contributes to a team assignment or overarching (local, regional, or global) projects. May lead specific workstreams or local projects.
