Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state. What you will be doing: Design, develop and implement new sensor products & packages to support new product introduction. Source, evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on new products, design, materials and cost improvement to enhance competitive edge. Responsible to define package characteristic to meet electrical requirements. Development of manufacturing process equipment and related tooling for prototype sample and volume production. What you will bring along: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical Engineering, Physics) Minimum 2 years
