Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia What you will be doing: Responsible for products health monitoring of Vishay Production Assembly & Test at Subcon Drive improvement project to support Product KPI such as Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time Support product transfer and new product introduction from product definition and development through to characterization, qualification, and release phases Drive new test process/parameter/procedure set-up, qualification and implementation Responsible for test program generation for other test platforms and test time reduction of test programs Review and establish Operation Product & Test Baseline specifications & procedures Coordinate with operation to get the needed support for engineering evaluations and other
