Duties & Responsibilities: As a highly Technical Program Manager, you are part of a 15 member PMO team, with responsibility of executing high impact / innovative Development Programs from Program Initiation through General Availability. The 15 member PMO team leads programs for >1k R&D staff. This position is part of the Aerospace and Defense Business. Key responsibilities : Stage Gate Management and Oversight of Programs (This includes HW and SW) Stage gate checklists updated and deliverables executed by the cross functional team managers/leads. Ensure the cross-functional team managers/leads provide all necessary management reporting and Stage Gate reviews for the Program Overall Budget Management for the Programs. This requires interaction with the other program managers, Engineering leads and finance.
