Duties & Responsibilities: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Software Systems Architect to join our team developing state-of-the-art avionics test & certification products. The candidate will hold a highly visible position in a very dynamic, multi-tasking work environment. The position is a technical role where you will be responsible for the SW architecture across multiple avionics test & certification products driving convergence when possible. This role requires both technical knowledge is critical avionics technologies and leadership skills to be successful across the different teams, locations, and products. The successful candidate must have proven experience and ability to utilize personal leadership, communications and team development skills to help align the organization around state-of-the-art architectures, tools and processes while maintaining our innovation leadership.
