Duties & Responsibilities: Job Summary: As a Staff Hardware Engineer at Viavi Solutions Inc., you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge hardware solutions for our advanced network test and measurement products. You will work on complex, high-performance systems from concept to production. Job Responsibilities: Lead the design, schematic capture, and layout supervision of complex digital and analog circuitry, including high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR, Ethernet), FPGAs, microcontrollers, and power management solutions. Conduct detailed design analysis, simulations (e.g., signal integrity, power integrity, thermal), and worst-case scenario analysis to ensure robust and reliable hardware performance. Develop and execute comprehensive hardware test plans, conduct bring-up, debug, and validation of prototypes and production boards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to define requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless product
