What you'll do This role provides operational support for regional benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution across multiple countries and time zones. You will play a key role in maintaining benefits data, coordinating with vendors and internal partners, and supporting employees throughout the benefits lifecycle. You will have exposure to global benefits operations, regional statutory requirements, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational environment. The day-to-day Benefits Administration & Operations Administer health, retirement, and other employee benefit plans across APAC and EMEA Process benefits-related transactions for new hires, terminations, and employee life events in accordance with local policies and regulations Invoicing, Auditing & Payments Review, validate, and process vendor invoices for benefits programs Partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments Track benefit-related payments, resolve discrepancies, and support audit activities Payroll & Statutory Coordination Prepare and submit monthly benefit changes and contribution updates to Payroll Ensure accurate employee and employer contributions for medical, pension, and other benefit plans Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements in partnership with Payroll and PB&C teams Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date
