Sr. Technical Platform Operations Specialist Irvine, California, United States WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sr. Technical Platform Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key operational liaison, ensuring the seamless performance of Viant's products, including our Demand Side Platform (DSP). You will play a pivotal role in bridging cross-functional internal teams-such as Operations, Product, and Engineering-with external stakeholders and third-party partners. Your core responsibility is to maintain operational continuity through clear communication, technical insight, and a strong sense of urgency when addressing problems, challenges, and opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying root causes, facilitating resolutions, and driving alignment across multiple teams. You will own day-to-day technical operations, lead troubleshooting efforts, and support campaign and platform stability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is a clear communicator, and demonstrates task leadership by translating customer and business needs into actionable solutions. THE DAY-TO-DAY - Serve as the connective point between internal teams (e.g., Ad Operations, Product, Engineering) and external partners, driving the resolution of technical issues and ensuring the reliability of the DSP platform - Execute and manage publisher integrations and 3rd-party partner certifications to ensure compliance and system compatibility - Provide second-level QA and platform support, ensuring escalated issues are thoroughly documented and addressed with urgency - Drive cross-functional projects that enhance platform stability, operational workflows, and campaign execution quality - Translate technical findings into clear, actionable feedback for both technical and non-technical stakeholders GREAT TO HAVE - 3+ years of experience in ad operations, technical account
