About the Position As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. From kickoff through post-launch support, you'll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration-ensuring they're set up for long-term success. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams. In some cases, you may travel to client sites to support go-lives to ensure successful deployment.
