To learn more, visit vestwell.com TITLE: Finance Manager DUTIES: (i) serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth; (ii) lead annual sales budgeting process, and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals; (iii) support development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed; (iv) own development of new (and maintenance of existing) company-wide KPI dashboards supporting a data-driven, decision-making culture across all levels of the organization; (v) own regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation; and (vii) collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements. May telecommute once a week. SALARY: $169,541.00 per year SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (9:00am-5:00pm) LOCATION: 360 Madison Ave, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10017 REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related plus 5 years'
