As a Quality Control Specialist, you ensure that our verification processes consistently meet the highest quality standards. Through quality checks, analysis, and process improvements, you help maintain accuracy, reduce risk, and strengthen the reliability of our services. Your work plays a key role in keeping our operations efficient and trustworthy You'll help us protect honest people online by: Performing quality control checks to ensure verification processes meet established standards. Monitoring quality performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Supporting team members and stakeholders with questions related to quality assurance processes. Analysing operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Maintaining internal guidelines and improving QA tool-related processes. Documenting process updates and maintaining traceable change logs for compliance purposes. Creating structure around QA workflows, goals, and operational priorities. Contributing to projects that improve operational quality and efficiency. Sharing insights and learnings that help reduce risk, complexity, and operational challenges.
